WHAT IS YOUR RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY?

When you schedule an appointment, it is important for you to know about our 24 hour advance cancellation policy. Because of the size of our facility and personalized service, cancellations and no shows affect us greatly and they affect clients waiting for appointments as well. If you cancel less that 24 hours in advance, you will be charged in full. If you no show, you will be charged in full. We understand that emergencies do arise and we are sensitive to them. 

 

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY APPOINTMENT? 

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare your body and mind for healing and relaxation.  If there is a session going on please  wait quietly and turn off cell phones or place on vibrate.  

 

WHAT DO I WEAR DURING A MASSAGE?

Some clients undress fully and others leave under garments on. In all cases, you will be properly covered at all times, and only the area being worked on will be exposed. Our therapists are professional and discreet at all times.  

 

WHAT TYPES OF OILS AND CREAMS DO YOU USE? 

We use hypoallergenic, unscented massage oils and creams, as well as nut free products.

 

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE BEING TOUCHED? 

We can still do a massage over clothes or covers for those who prefer no contact to skin or for sensitive or ticklish clients.
